360Chestnut's Hometown Profiled in New York Times

Cambridge, Massachusetts—the home of 360Chestnut’s humble world headquarters— and its booming real estate market were examined in the New York Times yesterday. More than $2 billion has been invested in what is planned to be 3.4 million square feet of new property. Most of it will be for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, boosting the already formidable profile of the technologically historical city.
If you’ve recently walked around the MIT/Kendall Square area in which our office is located, you’ve probably noticed the heavy-duty construction that’s been underway for a couple of years now. We at 360Chestnut are proud to be part of such a vibrant community of innovation. And we have to say, we’re looking forward to meeting our new neighbors!
